Our Staff
LegacyWise® (LW) provides an affordable and unique solution to estate
planning needs. Our innovative and interactive technology allows
individuals to prepare basic estate planning documents affordably with
the guidance and assistance of our trained staff. LW is run by a group of people with considerable experience
helping states manage funds for universal vaccine purchase programs, so all
children can receive vaccines at no charge, including the privately
insured:
Fred L. Potter,
Managing Member
Fred has served a
broad range of both nonprofit and commercial clients. On the commercial
side, he has managed over $3.5 billion in mergers and acquisitions. On
the nonprofit side, he has led teams that provide health insurance
coverage for the uninsurable in New Hampshire, and helped close
childhood immunization funding gaps in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont,
Rhode Island, Alaska, and Washington.
Fred is a past
president of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He also has served as
the CEO and executive director of the Christian Legal Society, which
for more than 50 years has been helping Christian attorneys integrate
their faith and practice through attorney and law student fellowship
programs, law student mentoring, advocacy of religious freedom, and
legal aid services for the poor and needy.
Fred earned a B.A.
from Harvard College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a
J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. Over the years, he has
served on the boards of several private and publicly-held corporations.
He and his wife, Mertie, professor emerita of psychiatric nursing, have three
children and six grandchildren.
Claire M. Roberge,
Controller
Claire earned a B.A.
in Mathematics from New Hampshire’s Rivier College and an M.B.A. from
New Hampshire College. She has worked in the accounting field for more
than 27 years, currently as controller for KidsVax® and
LegacyWise®. In her spare time, Claire works with
dental and eye glass clinics in developing countries. She is married to
KidsVax accountant, Norm Roberge; they have a
married daughter and two grandchildren.
Terry Mills,
Executive Assistant
Terry holds an A.S. in
General Studies from the New Hampshire Technical Institute and an
Honors Certificate as a medical secretary from New Hampshire’s Thomas
School of Business. Since the late 1980s, she has been supporting small
businesses and nonprofits in the legal and health care professions,
initially as founder of her own business, Mountain View Office Support.
She has also worked as a legal assistant for the law offices of
Sulloway & Hollis in Concord, New Hampshire; volunteer coordinator
and executive assistant for the Concord Christian Academy; and patient
coordinator for a busy orthodontic practice, also in Concord.
Matthew Miller, Client Services Coordinator
Matt has held
numerous positions within the financial industry, the banking
industry, and in higher education, where he most recently worked for a
non-profit organization specializing in student loans. He has also
spent many years serving his local church in Concord, NH in their
Worship Arts Ministry, both as a leader and a team player. He joined
the LegacyWise® team in September of 2015 and is the Client Services
Administrator for the company. He and his wife, Mandi, recently
celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary and have 4 children.
Our
Extended Team
LW staff are ably assisted by technical,
design, and other resources under contract to serve LW and LW's clients. By using an extended network
of specializing talent who serve the needs of clients on an as-needed
just-in-time basis, LegacyWise® is cost-effectively able to deploy
best practices across all operations. |
