LegacyWise (LW) provides affordable tools to create estate documents. Our innovative and interactive technology allows individuals to prepare their own documents with the guidance and assistance of our trained staff. LW is run by a group of people with considerable experience helping people.
Fred has served a broad range of both nonprofit and commercial clients. On the commercial side, he has managed over $3.5 billion in mergers and acquisitions. On the nonprofit side, he has led teams that provide health insurance coverage for the uninsurable in New Hampshire, and helped close childhood immunization funding gaps in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Washington.
Fred is a past president of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He also has served as the CEO and executive director of the Christian Legal Society, which for more than 50 years has been helping Christian attorneys integrate their faith and practice through attorney and law student fellowship programs, law student mentoring, advocacy of religious freedom, and legal aid services for the poor and needy.
Fred earned a B.A. from Harvard College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. Over the years, he has served on the boards of several private and publicly-held corporations. He and his wife, Mertie, professor emerita of psychiatric nursing, have three children and six grandchildren.
Dave earned a B.A. in Business from Cornell University and a MBA from the University of Colorado. Dave has worked for several Fortune 500 companies both domestically and internationally. He has started and served as CEO of a company serving the appliance industry. Dave has served for 12 years as President/CEO of a NH based business. Throughout his career, Dave has been on the adjunct faculty of four different universities in four states and has lectured in the Cornell entrepreneurship program.
Matt has held multiple different positions within the financial industry, the banking industry, and in higher education, where he most recently worked for a non-profit organization specializing in student loans. He has also spent many years serving his local church in Concord, NH in their Worship Arts Ministry, both as a leader and a team player. He joined the KV team in September of 2015 and is the Client Services Coordinator for the company.
Corinne has worked with individuals and organizations across the country to help them achieve their goals. She has lectured extensively on how businesses can protect themselves through best practices, emerging technology, and risk management, and has litigated zealously for personal and small business rights. She feels strongly about ethics and individual agency, which she infuses into her work with LegacyWise, to help others design thoughtful estate and end-of-life plans.
Corinne earned a BSM in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University, a GG from the GIA, and a JD from Suffolk University Law School. She and her husband, Mike, share a daughter, Van, and three dogs.
LW staff are ably assisted by technical, design, and other resources under contract to serve LW and LW’s users. This extended network of specializing talent serve on an as-needed, just-in-time basis. This allows LegacyWise to cost-effectively deploy best practices across all operations.
